Oatmeal grew on me pretty fast, especially with a dash of cinnamon, a bit of honey and a handful of nuts and fruit! Oatmeal’s full of fiber, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids and all sorts of good stuff - especially if you sprinkle on some healthy toppers. It helps clear your heart of bad cholesterol and is super filling!
