It’s so difficult to have a social life in college when you’re trying to lose weight. Obviously there’s fun things to do that don’t include drinking, but after having a super stressful week my favorite thing to do is drink with friends and hang out or go to a bar. Last night kinda ruined my whole health goal for the week. I ended up taking 4 shots and drinking 2 beers. Me and my boyfriend also decided it would be an excellent idea to get chinese food at 1am. Ugh.
