I’ve been meaning to try making these forever. Let’s face it, the $8.00 bag at Whole Foods lasts 2 minutes, and it’s $8.00! Anyways, this was INCREDIBLY easy, cheap & delicious! The only deviation was that I added cayenne pepper which gave it a nice kick.

Tonight I made a healthy treat: Apple Chips
1) slice an apple into the thinest slices possible.
2) lay out all the apple slices on a greased cookie sheet and sprinkled cinnamon on top with a little splenda.
3) cook them in the oven at 200 degrees until the the apple edges started curling

I love having wednesday’s off! Made myself some oatmeal mixed with apples this morning. Went to the gym and burned 600 calories. Then made myself some delicious scrambled eggs mixed with avacado, black beans, and salsa. I’m addicted to this concoction.

It’s so difficult to have a social life in college when you’re trying to lose weight.
